African system of communication is very hard and not easily carried out but i greatly believe it effect is not as great as the effects i come with with the use of modern communication system ( gadgets”phones, laptop”), the effect of African communication is tiredness, body pain and lets not forget, they have been doing it for years and they are healthy but the use of modern communication is very effective for example “cancer”
