Important Announcement: Upcoming KYC Update for All Customers

In line with this commitment and to enhance our services, we’ll be implementing a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) update. The Central Bank of Nigeria is implementing an upgrade, which is expected to be completed by March 1st.

What does this mean for you?

All customers will be required to update their profiles with the following information by March 1st:

  • Bank Verification Number (BVN)
  • National Identification Number (NIN)

Access your profile and update your details

Head to “KYC and BVN Information” and update your details accurately.

Submit your request.
