All things being equal, every time you pay bills using VTpass, you should receive your token immediately; some peculiar cases may arise though, so here’s what to do when you don’t receive token.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By logging on to vtpass.com<\/a>, you get to conveniently pay for everyday services. These services range from airtime<\/a> and data subscriptions<\/a>. to electricity bills,<\/a> cable tv subscriptions<\/a>, insurance bills<\/a> and education bills.<\/a> Upon using some of these services like electricity, you may need to receive a token. In rare cases, you may not receive this token immediately due to service breakdown or poor network issues. We have built in a tool on the VTpass dashboard where you can regenerate your token by yourself when you do not receive it, due to certain hindrances<\/p>\n\n\n\n In a case where you have made payment for a service and are yet to receive your token, simply log in to your VTpass dashboard from a Chrome browser.
